Benefit Specialist Responsibilities:
- Contact clients who have requested their benefits.
- Set appointments with clients to review their benefits.
- Conduct virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom.
- Enroll clients in their benefits plans.
- Complete a report card after each benefit overview is finished.
