Enrollment Processor (FULLY REMOTE!)

TekSystems is currently hiring for several FULLY REMOTE Medical Enrollment Processors. MUST HAVE: Any medical administrative or enrollment experience or strong administrative experience. MUST HAVE your own equipment and internet. MUST be willing to work overtime when it is needed! Description The Enrollment Processor is responsible for processing new marketplace enrollments with primary focus on Medicare.

• Verify eligibility: ensure that applicants meet specific criteria for the programs or services they’re applying for. This involves reviewing documentation and confirming eligibility based on established guidelines. Communicate with members, brokers, and providers to verify enrollment information, as needed.
• Process enrollment requests: handle incoming applications, collect necessary information, and review supporting materials. This includes verifying completeness, accuracy, and adherence to enrollment procedures.
• Renew memberships: process renewal paperwork, and update membership status as needed.
• Maintain accurate data related to program participants, applicants, and members.
• Complete other administrative duties, as needed

Qualifications

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience within the healthcare industry with a basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
