Salesforce Developer (Accept OPT/CPT/H1)

Location: Austin, TX (Initial Remote)

Duration : 12 Months

We're seeking a passionate Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. You'll leverage the Salesforce platform to create custom applications, workflows, and automations that enhance our sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
  • Extend Salesforce functionality using custom objects, fields, triggers, workflows, and processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs to streamline data flow.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Document technical specifications and user guides for developed applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development languages: Apex, Visualforce (VF), and Lightning Web Components (LWC) preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Relationship Manager (SOQL).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce testing frameworks (e.g., Salesforce DX).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
