Job Summary

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work closely with clients and partners to deliver technical assets, support, and guidance, enabling them to build innovative solutions using our Cloud Native Databases. You will collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Outreach teams to empower clients to understand and execute their digital transformation journey using our cutting-edge database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical engagement with key clients or partners to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
• Establish repeatable movements and best practices to improve the efficiency of client projects.
• Construct technical assets, such as tutorials, white papers, test codes, and tools to address client needs.
• Develop and deliver technical training projects to handle teams.
• Assist in strengthening client/partner relationships through meetings and engagement, and identify new opportunities for our services in close collaboration with Sales.
• Collaborate with Product and design teams to review new features and tools with clients, and discuss feedback to refine our products.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Education: A four-year college education in Software Engineering, Electrical Design, Math, Measurements, or a related specialized field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Experience: 4 years of experience with either framework design or in a programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
• Troubleshooting Experience: 4 years of experience with technical investigating, and managing internal/external partners or clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud Experience: 4 years of experience as a product modeler or engineering pioneer on cloud innovations, with the ability to design, code, and build versatile solutions.
• Operations Experience: 4 years of experience with operations management (e.g., process improvement, functional reviews, streamlining work processes, etc.).
• Distributed Systems Experience: Experience with distributed systems, large data, and databases.
• Client Experience: Experience working with clients as a technical expert.
• Collaboration Experience: Ability to work with managers, product leaders, sales personnel, and developers across various teams both internal to research and external.
