Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Developer 3 to join our team, working on a hybrid model that combines remote work with time in our office. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including software development, programming, and software quality assurance. As an Agile Developer 3, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, verifying, validating, implementing, applying, and maintaining software systems. You will also be expected to develop and provide appropriate documentation and training, as well as present briefings and demonstrations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, verify, validate, implement, apply, and maintain software systems
• Apply discrete mathematics, probability, and statistics, and other relevant topics in computer science and supporting disciplines to complex software systems
• Generalize techniques, as appropriate, to apply to multiple domains
• Develop and provide appropriate documentation and training
• Present briefings and demonstrations to stakeholders
• Design, develop, modify code to support system requirements
• Assist in developing innovative approaches

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Essential Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph clearance
• Nine (9) years of experience as a Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
• Five (4) years of development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Software Development Process
• Programming skills, including React, General Typescript/JavaScript Experience, Design systems, UX Designer
• Practice software quality through tools and processes
• Develop software solutions

Desired Technical Skills

• Next.js, Tailwind, 508 (Accessibility)
• JAVA, AWS managed services, Gitlab, Maven, modern databases (NoSQL, Relational, Object)
