Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI and machine learning models to improve customer experience and business processes.

• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and develop predictive models.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to drive data-informed decisions.

• Lead research initiatives in NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and personalization.

• Deploy models to production environments using MLOps pipelines.

• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science workflows.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in data science roles.

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI concepts.

Compensation

• Minimum Salary: $120,000/year

• Maximum Salary: $160,000/year
