Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, assisting with shipment tracking, delivery status, and billing.

• Document customer interactions for follow-up and quality control purposes.

Qualifications

• Must reside in or near Kansas City, MO, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous customer service or live chat experience preferred.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
