Technical Recruiter Life Sciences / Medical Devices / Biotech, SFO/ - Dawar Consulting

We are a fast-growing Staffing & IT Consulting firm specializing in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Biotech. We re seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will source, engage, and recruit top talent for our clients, playing a critical role in connecting skilled professionals with innovative companies in regulated industries.

Location: SFO/Bay Area, CA Position Type: Full-time (Remote)

Time: 8-5pm PST

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for positions in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Biotech using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards/platforms.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future client needs.
• Partner with account managers and hiring managers to understand role requirements and client expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity using ATS/CRM systems and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Biotech staffing.
• Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of technical/scientific roles (engineers, scientists, quality/regulatory, manufacturing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar) is a plus.
