Job Summary

We are seeking experienced, career-minded individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to join our team as Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our Contact Center team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates in a professional and conversational manner * Utilize all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations * Communicate effectively with customers, stores, and associates to resolve issues and answer questions * Navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required * Successful completion of mandatory training * Customer service experience required * Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) * Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM * Reliable and dedicated to making a difference * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment * Knowledge of retail industry and products * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
