Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Fredericksburg, VA office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and offer recommendations to meet policyholders' needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate and informed responses to policyholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Experience working with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
