Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care by responding to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacists. Assist with prescription processing, including refills, prior authorizations, and insurance verifications. Resolve issues related to medication orders, dosage instructions, and delivery timelines. Utilize pharmacy software to accurately manage patient records and prescription details. Adhere to federal and state regulations regarding the handling of prescription medications. Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications Required: Active and valid Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or equivalent. Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, terminology, and medications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a remote work environment.
