  • Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Compilation: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Data Review: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
  • Research: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Document Management: Scan documents and print files, when needed.
  • Confidentiality: Keep information confidential and comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Queries: Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Office Equipment: Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.

  • Insert Customer and Account Data: Input text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
  • Compile and Verify Data: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Review and Correct Data: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
  • Research and Obtain Information: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Keep information confidential and comply with data integrity and security policies.

Qualifications

The following are the qualifications and requirements for the Data Entry and Typing Specialist:
