Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by providing timely and effective support for their beverage equipment needs. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on beverage equipment, including soda fountain machines, as per blithequark's standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with soda fountain equipment, including refrigeration systems
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical services, or a related field
  • Familiarity with beverage equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
