Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Verifying data accuracy and identifying and correcting any discrepancies, performing regular data quality checks and audits to ensure integrity.
  • File Organization and Management: Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assisting with data analysis and reporting tasks as needed, providing insights and recommendations to improve our operations.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Data Entry and Typing: Proficiency in data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy, ensuring efficient and accurate data input.
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies, excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, including data entry and management tools.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred, as is familiarity with blithequark systems or the logistics industry.
