Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Provide support to customers through chat, resolving any issues or answering questions they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter data quickly and accurately into various computer systems, including customer information, order details, and other relevant data.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions, including chats, emails, and phone calls.
  • Escalating Priority Issues: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels, such as the customer service manager or technical support team.
  • Maintaining a Professional Demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in stressful situations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in customer service or data entry is preferred.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type 40 words per minute or more.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
