Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, and heavyweight freight, ensuring safe and efficient handling and transportation.
• Assist in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and ULD repair vendors, as required, to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:

• No minimum education or experience required; we're committed to providing training and development opportunities to help you grow.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours, with the ability to bend and squat as required.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and stack packages above head height if required at the work location.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs and ladders if required at the work location.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment.
• Valid driver's license, with the ability to operate motorized conveyances safely and efficiently.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a proven track record of safety and efficiency.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond to changing priorities.
