Job Description

As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. You will resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, process orders, returns, and exchanges, provide information about products and services, and maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions. You will also collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
