Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support: Assist customers via phone or chat with technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Delivering exceptional support experiences: Ensure that every customer interaction is memorable and delightful.
  • Interacting and communicating effectively: Engage with a variety of customers and communicate effectively to resolve issues.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 18 years of age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Technical skills: Basic technical skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

To work from home, you will need:

  • 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch): A dedicated monitor for your work area.
  • Hardwired internet connection: A reliable, hardwired internet connection with a speed of at least 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
  • Working Phone Line: A home phone or mobile phone for communication.
  • Noise/distraction-free environment: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
