Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate – Delivery Station Support, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing real-time, hands-on support to customers in our delivery stations. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make a real difference in our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide accurate information about their packages

  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
  • Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
