Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, investigate client behavior, and anticipate content engagement. You will work closely with our content team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our content portfolio, marketing, and delivery system.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Anticipate content engagement to inform securing decisions and optimize content release strategies
- Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement content release and episode discharge strategies
- Test marketing methodologies to improve engagement and retention
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in media and entertainment, with a strong understanding of content development and distribution
- Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., data warehousing, ETL processes)
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques
