Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries, using our proprietary travel booking software.
  • Coordinating scheduling for travel consultations and managing the calendar for the agency, ensuring efficient and effective communication with clients and travel agents.
  • Processing payments, issuing invoices, and tracking client accounts, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Supporting the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Researching travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients' needs, staying up-to-date on the latest travel trends and industry developments.
  • Collaborating closely with travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
