Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to ensure timely claim processing
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our claims coordination unit

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of work experience in a related field (customer service, data entry, or administrative support)
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with claims management systems or similar software
  • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures
