Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations support team, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining critical data related to various aspects of our airline operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently will help us maintain the high standards our customers expect from blithequark. You will work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and assist in generating reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and maintain data in various databases and systems

  • Verify the accuracy of data and resolve discrepancies by conducting thorough research
  • Generate and prepare reports based on data input
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes
  • Respond to inquiries related to data accuracy and availability
  • Assist with training new team members on data entry procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data management standards

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent typing skills with a speed of 50+ WPM
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous data entry experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with cloud-based data management systems
  • Familiarity with airline operations and industry-specific data management practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
