• Job Description Summary Technical expert with depth or breadth of knowledge within Operations. Contributes to output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets. May assist in business processing, service levels and reporting. Is responsible for preparing and reviewing key statements and document related to business operations / Finance Operations or key accounts. Contributes to the production levels and effective processing controls and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Analyzes and verifies internal consistency, completeness, and accuracy of account documents; makes adjustments. May develop and maintain resources for an assigned group. Provides guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior team members of the team. Acts independently working under limited supervision.

Performs other warehouse functions including but not limited to: back up for the Shipping Supervisor, audit orders, managing supplies, answering customer emails, and assisting with the operation when needed. Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative order fulfillment (Pick Packer) tasks. Verifies stock availability and picks the day's orders to be filled as accurately and completely as possible using established guidelines. Prepares products for shipment or storage. Places products in proper shipping containers. May maintain daily logs, files and records. May also use elementary keyboard skills to complete simple forms to assist in inventory tracking. When applicable, maintains related records to comply with government standards. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
