Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer care, navigating complex situations, and remaining composed under pressure
  • Enhancing customer care skills through ongoing training and support
  • Working collaboratively with clinicians and other team members to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting minimum requirements
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment
  • Evening, weekend shifts, and holiday work required, with paid time and a half
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network, not a shared network
  • A personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
  • Background check and federal work-eligibility check will be conducted as part of the interview process
