Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat platforms. You will assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, resolve and address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, and provide guidance and support on travel options, routes, and promotions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat platforms
- Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
- Resolve and address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Provide guidance and support on travel options, routes, and promotions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Essential Qualifications
