Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Immediate to Buyer Item and Tech Examination group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting business growth through data analysis, investigation, and interpretation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven insights, and drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that inform business decisions and drive growth across various product and business areas.

• Respond to key business questions and provide expert knowledge on different business streams, including D+ and Hulu, to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions.
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business by collaborating on the design of analytical solutions and delivering actionable insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, and more) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering).

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Good to Have

* Master's degree in a quantitative field.

• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and more.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces.
• Ability to identify and escalate issues to management.
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Sense of humor.
• Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and approach your work.
