Job Summary

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative - Product Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and participating in IHUT projects. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive pay rate. Key Responsibilities

* Properly document IHUT projects as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)

  • Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
  • Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
  • Participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested
  • Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
  • Follow specific instructions and provide excellent attention to detail
  • Work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
  • Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
  • Have access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
  • Be honest and reliable
  • Possess good communication skills
