Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our Quality Control Standards and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and analysis. You will work closely with our team to identify trends and patterns in data, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Full Stack Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components
  • Helping with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
  • Helping with exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities
  • Presenting findings, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding
  • Helping with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
  • Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team
  • Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
  • Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
  • May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to listen, understand, and convey thoughts and present written, verbal, or presentation-based information to diverse audiences
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred
  • Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning
  • Willingness to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred
  • Past internship, capstone project, and research coursework is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment
  • Ability to focus on responsibilities independently and be a self-motivated individual
  • Past internship experience in a related field is preferred
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately
  • Ability to plan and support large business initiatives
