Your Day-to-Day: A Mix of Proactive and Reactive Customer Success

As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, your day will be filled with a mix of proactive and reactive responsibilities, designed to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. Your key tasks will include:

  • Monitoring Real-Time Metrics: Stay on top of call center production metrics, identifying potential issues and taking proactive measures to maintain healthy production levels.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to inbound support emails and customer inquiries, providing professional and courteous support to resolve issues and service requests.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Operations, Product, and BPO leads to resolve issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing, escalating to Account Management and Leadership as needed.
  • Onboarding New Customers: Create accounts in blithequark's database, verify telephony setup, and answer questions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Help maintain blithequark's knowledge base for customers and assist in creating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ticket Tracking and Documentation: Track and document all happenings in HubSpot, follow up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Order Recovery: Contact Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery and ensure customer satisfaction.

What Sets You Up for Success?

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role, with true call center experience a plus.
  • Flexible Availability: Be open to flexible scheduling, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Metrics-Savvy and Proactive: Experience monitoring metrics in real-time, making data-driven decisions to protect business stability and efficiency.
  • Accountable and Independent: Demonstrate self-direction, taking pride in your work and invested in your own professional growth, as well as the growth of the company.
  • Tech Savvy: Be computer-savvy, with experience in CRM/ticketing systems a plus, but not required.
