Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in attracting and retaining customers by providing exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing orders and preparing correspondences to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts
  • Utilizing telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Providing information about our products and services, including warranties and terms of sale
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences

  • Package, stock, and rotate display counters to ensure high-quality products are showcased effectively
  • Perform designated opening and closing procedures, including offering assistance to other team members as requested
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* Superior customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a retail environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered an asset
  • Ability to work with little supervision with a high standard for quality, attention to detail, and cleanliness
  • Ability to work in a team environment with clear and effective communication style, both written and oral
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Fluency in English and French shall be considered an asset
