What You'll Be Doing

As a CRM Remote Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This could include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that resolve customers' issues and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Length and Rate

As a temporary live chat support representative, you'll have the flexibility to work on a contract basis. Our contract length is flexible, with no fixed term, and you'll be paid $35 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate while working from the comfort of your own space.

Skills and Background Needed

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Hours and Location

As a remote support representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. We prefer candidates who can commit to at least 10 hours of work per week. This is a great opportunity to balance your work and personal life while earning a competitive hourly rate.
