Job Summary
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to customers.
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and following up with customers as needed.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and lead generation.
- Previous experience in gaming or a similar field is helpful, as it demonstrates strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential.
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
