Job Summary
As a Full Stack Product Analyst, you will be responsible for obtaining and evaluating data that supports customer retention initiatives. You will analyze information using data and support the retention leader in creating monthly retention report outs. Your expertise will help drive business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Obtain and evaluate data that supports customer retention initiatives
- Analyze information using data and support the retention leader in creating monthly retention report outs
- Develop insights and inform product development initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and anticipate potential threats to product success
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of property and casualty insurance knowledge, including product composition, coverages, and exposures
- Apply project management principles to conceive, plan, develop, iterate, launch, and evaluate new products, pricing, and/or contract changes
- Communicate project status, announcements, rollouts, and change management to stakeholders
Requirements
* Fluent English skills
- Minimum required work experience: 3 to 6 years
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics or related field
- Experience in Customer Retention processes
- Experience in Insurance Companies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, including Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
