Key Responsibilities

• * Offer evidence-based advice and therapeutic techniques to help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
• * Conduct follow-up sessions to monitor client progress and adjust wellness strategies as needed.
• * Offer guidance on stress management, self-care practices, and overall mental health improvement.
• * Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to provide comprehensive wellness solutions.
• * Maintain accurate and confidential client records, following all legal and ethical guidelines for mental health professionals.
• * Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental wellness and mental health care.
• * Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on improving mental wellness programs.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• * Certification or licensure in mental health counseling or therapy is a plus (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• * Strong knowledge of mental health issues, wellness strategies, and therapeutic techniques.
• * Excellent communication and active listening skills to engage with clients effectively.
• * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• * Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others improve their mental well-being.
• * Comfortable using video conferencing platforms and other remote tools for virtual consultations.
• * Experience in providing counseling or wellness services, ideally in a remote setting.

• * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mental health counseling, therapy, or wellness consulting.
• * Experience working remotely is preferred, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• * Previous experience in providing mental wellness support or therapy through virtual platforms is highly advantageous.
• Working Hours
• * This is a remote, full-time/part-time position with flexible working hours.
• * The role requires availability during regular working hours but can be adjusted to meet the needs of clients in different time zones.
