Job Summary

As a part-time remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our claims coordination unit by accurately entering data into our claims management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience preferred
  • Basic computer and typing skills required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to undergo a background investigation
