Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and agreements.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a harmonious service environment.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients as needed.
  • Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact customer experiences.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Following up on customer calls and contacts as necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.
