Life Sciences Ethics & Compliance Professional - JD Preferred

We are seeking early‑ to mid‑career professionals to support global ethics & compliance activities for our clients in the life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Code of Conduct and global policy development (e.g., anti‑bribery, HCP interactions, conflicts of interest, third‑party risk).
  • Help create and deliver training and communications (e‑learning, live sessions, guides, intranet content).
  • Support conflicts‑of‑interest processes, hotline and investigations tracking, risk assessments, and culture/engagement surveys.
  • Drafting FDA letters and responding to FDA audits.
  • Advising on questions related to the Stark Law and the Anti-kickback Statute/AKS.
  • Partner with Legal, Quality, Medical, Commercial, HR, Finance, IT and others to review projects and contracts for compliance considerations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; JD or relevant advanced degree a plus but not required.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in life sciences ethics & compliance, or legal roles in pharma/biotech/medical devices/diagnostics.
  • Strong writing and communication skills; ability to draft clear policies and training.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and working cross‑functionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
