Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and refine Walmart Marketplace listings with SEO-friendly content, appealing visuals, and accurate specifications.
  • Continuously test, update, and enhance copy, bullet points, and backend keywords.
  • Conduct competitor research and consumer trend analysis to fine-tune pricing, keywords, and listing formats.
  • Manage inventory syncing and listing updates in coordination with the fulfillment team.
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart’s editorial, image, and category standards.

Performance Analytics and Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, conversions, and return rates.
  • Use tools like Helium 10 or DataHawk to gather listing intelligence and benchmark performance.
  • Create actionable reports with weekly insights and data narratives for leadership.
  • Evaluate performance against forecasted goals and make timely strategic adjustments.

Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

  • Collaborate closely with digital marketers, content writers, and graphic designers.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to align marketplace strategies with broader brand objectives.
  • Share learnings and best practices with team members to enhance cross-functional understanding.
  • Take initiative on internal improvements and automation ideas.

Tools and Technologies

  • Walmart Seller Center for product and order management.
  • Keyword and product intelligence platforms like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.
  • Reporting tools: Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel, or proprietary dashboards.
  • Inventory and order fulfillment software, including Sellbrite, ShipStation, or similar.
  • Daily communication through Slack, ClickUp, and Zoom.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Walmart Marketplace experience or equivalent eCommerce platform involvement.
  • Strong skills in keyword research, listing optimization, and product positioning.

  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot technical marketplace issues.
