Job Summary: As a part-time Apple Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers across the world, delivering exceptional customer service, support, and solutions all from the comfort of your home. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with a friendly and professional tone.
• Ability to multitask across systems and platforms while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfort with navigating and troubleshooting iOS, macOS, and related Apple technologies.
• A quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar remote role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Experience using CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Part-time remote position.
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Minimum availability of 20 25 hours per week.
