Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Information, Analysis, Experiences, and Business Operations team, you'll work collaboratively with data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and external partners to drive business decisions through data and analysis. You'll leverage your expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and machine learning to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for:

• Extracting data from various data sets; performing exploratory data analysis, cleaning, and preprocessing data
• Developing investigation methodologies to address business challenges; integrating AI algorithms where applicable
• Utilizing scaling and automation to streamline data preparation processes
• Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions

We're Looking for Someone with:

* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Quantitative Sociology)

• At least 2+ years of industry experience in data science
• A strong foundation in predictive and statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI
• Experience building complex data pipelines from various data sources, both internal and external
• Proficiency in SQL, databases, and ETL processes, including data cleaning and management
• Advanced skills in Python, R, or other programming languages
• Ability to apply data insights to multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve successful results
• Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or similar
