About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data sets, including actuarial data, patient information, and financial data
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Developing and implementing data visualization tools and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, clinical, and operational teams, to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data needs are met

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data sets, including actuarial data, patient information, and financial data

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement data visualization tools and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data needs are met
  • Participate in data governance and quality assurance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS or Google Cloud
  • Experience with data governance and quality assurance initiatives
  • Certification in data science or a related field, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
