What You'll Do

As an experienced Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging in live chat interactions with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve concerns. You'll deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution, and staying informed about arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize support processes
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* Strong written communication skills

  • Comfortable with technology and able to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus
