Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes.
- Manage job postings in various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.
- Collaborate with our multicultural team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
What We're Looking For:
