Key Responsibilities

• * Assist with talent acquisition efforts such as job description creation, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.
• * Advise on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
• * Support organizational development initiatives including training and development programs, succession planning, and engagement strategies.
• * Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations to ensure clients are compliant with local labor laws and industry standards.
• * Serve as a thought partner to leadership teams, offering strategic HR insights to align people practices with business goals.
• * Create and implement employee handbooks, HR documentation, and process improvements tailored to each clients needs.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• * Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• * In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR trends, and best practices.
• * Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• * Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and cloud-based HR software.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in an advisory or consultancy role.
• * Experience supporting businesses of various sizes and industries is highly desirable.
