About the Job

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Single Copy Sales (SCS) Appropriation Support team in Chicopee, Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will support the general delivery and billing of WSJ/Barron's to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts. This role involves inbound and outbound customer service interactions and follow-ups, with minimal management. You will work closely with our Conveyance/Conveyance director to ensure efficient data management processes and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle account creation and management for various print offices

• Direct record supply management and billing section reconciliation
• Handle Inbound and Outbound customer interactions through email and telephone
• Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and exploration connected with billing inquiries
• Work with Sales and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes
• Assist with all aspects of customer invoice process, requiring attention to detail and the ability to meet inflexible time targets
• Foster a working understanding of the Lattice Single Copy System and other course and business frameworks

Essential Qualifications:

* Years of general office and earlier customer service experience

• Solid written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• MS Word proficiency and experience with Excel (ability to maintain complex accounting sheets)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and focus on a fluctuating daily responsibility
• Willingness to work 9:00 to 5:00 pm and adaptability to ensure inclusion

* Experience in a similar role or industry

• Familiarity with data entry and billing operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
