Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis, with the project estimated to last between 6-9 weeks. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in updating and maintaining data within our Salesforce system. Your attention to detail, computer skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of our data.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

• Updating existing data in Salesforce with precision and accuracy
• Verifying data by comparing it to source records to ensure its integrity
• Maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
• Collaborating with our Sales team to ensure seamless data access and utilization
• Meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced remote work environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Ability to type 40+ WPM consistently
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Basic understanding of databases
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of U.S. geography
• Written and oral understanding of the English language
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Familiarity with data entry best practices and data quality standards
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Certification in data entry or a related field
