The Design Operations Coordinator will assist in optimizing workflows and managing timelines for the Design Operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of design strategies and supporting various initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Manager, Design Operations and Design Leadership Team in ensuring the efficiency of design processes within lululemon
  • Support in optimizing and managing Design tools and processes within GTM guardrails to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support in the execution of department-led initiatives that extend beyond the GTM calendar, such as long-term brand and product strategies
  • Support in managing logistics and preparations for key Design milestones and deliverables
  • Support in Design Team Operations around budget planning, training and development and Design Team portfolio management
  • Support in maintenance and management of Design Operations tools and processes
  • Provide project and task-related support as needed

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations or retail business
  • Strong understanding of the go to market and product creation process is an asset
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage various projects and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create alignment and reach consensus across multiple cross functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe and Smartsheet
  • Demonstrated ability in operational problem solving and process-oriented thinking
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment
