[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Service Specialties, Inc. is a leading residential HVAC and Plumbing contractor in Northern Virginia. They are seeking a positive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join their team, responsible for dispatching technicians, managing service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
• Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician’s schedule as needed
• Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements
• Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency
• Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
• Being a good teammate to coworkers
• Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer

Skills

• Previous experience in a call center
• Must be able to type ~70 wpm
• MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactively
• High Speed internet
• Quiet Workspace with minimal background noise
