[Remote] Remote Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound customer calls regarding energy efficiency programs and provide support across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding energy efficiency programs
• Support multiple programs across various platforms
• Provide customer service, visit scheduling, customer enrollment, program education, tech support, online support, and status updates
• Interact with customers through calls, chat, or email depending on program needs
• Use a wide range of support scripts and guides
• Access and review personal performance data and progress in real time
• Maintain adherence to scheduled working hours, including set lunches and breaks

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing environment; call center experience in inbound/outbound sales preferred
• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
• Ability to expertly navigate scripts and support technical inquiries
• No attendance or punctuality concerns
• Ability to balance customer support with navigating multiple platforms
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Dedicated home office space, free from personal disruptions
• Ability to hardwire internet, with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 20 Mbps download
• Two power connections in the home office
• Scheduled to be on the phone for the entirety of the shift
• Call center experience in inbound/outbound sales preferred
